Susan AllenPresident & CEOSusan has over 25 years of experience in lead process development and management and the education to back it up including an MBA from GW University with dual concentrations in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. Prior to DataBanque, Susan was a Senior Consultant with KPMG and held senior marketing positions at Deloitte. Susan handles all of the initial Discovery and Planning sessions with new clients and works with them closely to define the perfect lead management solution to deliver precisely qualified leads.
Vincent AllenVP, Digital MarketingVince is DataBanque’s VP of Business Intelligence. Vince is responsible for executing all of our clients’ digital initiatives. He interfaces directly with our clients’ creative teams, sales and product marketing to ensure seamless data flow across platforms. Vince has a Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction (MHCI) from Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science. Prior to joining DataBanque, Vince designed and developed user interfaces for Fortune 500 companies such as AOL, GE, Williams, and Eastman Chemical as well as several start-ups.
Patrick McCaffertyVP, OperationsPat is our VP of Operations and manages the team of Data Stewards and Contact Specialists that handle our clients’ inquiries. Pat is the day-to-day contact for our clients. Patrick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Patrick has spent the majority of his career in the building products industry, including management positions in customer service and call center operations.
