We develop, collect and populate relational databases to create quality mail list development, trading area definition, loyalty-based referral protocols, customer profiling and sales channel segmentation. We also select, procure, and manage mail lists from third-party vendors behalf of the manufacturer.

We facilitate lead response by:
- Responding to and engaging inquirers via phone & web
- Processing leads resulting from trade shows, advertising, direct marketing
- Fulfilling customized literature and sample requests unique to each inquirer’s needs
We uncover qualified leads by:
- Qualifying directly via phone, e-mail exchange and/or based upon data provided by the suspect on a website or business reply card
- Qualifying indirectly through appending additional data sources, data mining, and data analysis (e.g. identifying lead close rates by source based upon performance history)
- Validating and qualifying leads from commercial sources such as Dodge reports
We prioritize leads by developing, in conjunction with the manufacturer sales organization, and applying a lead ranking system. For those leads that are not sales-ready, we nurture leads through a structured series of phone, e-mail and direct mail follow-up steps until we can transition the lead to the manufacturer sales organization.
Lead tracking and distributionWe deliver sales-ready leads by:
- Distributing leads daily (or weekly) to the appropriate point in the sales channel — whether inside sales, field sales, distributor locations, re-sellers, retail outlets, dealers or installers
- Distributing via web application, e-mail, or fax depending upon the technological sophistication of the sales channel.
We report on lead activity real-time through the LeadBanque™ application and through monthly executive dashboard reporting. We calculate ROI on marketing spend, as well as provide analysis based upon trends across the industry.
Because DataBanque is immersed in the construction and remodeling building materials market, we are in the unique position to provide benchmark reporting for our clients based upon overall industry performance at tradeshows like GreenBuild, NAHB, and AIA among others.
In addition, we use OLAP and other data analysis tools to uncover patterns in thedata and reveal “most valuable customer” profiles and other key segments as defined by our clients.
